That's why we build stronger leaders for Texas public schools.
We offer world-class leadership programs, coaching and other services unparalleled in the education field.
There’s no organization doing what Holdsworth does. We are treated like Fortune 500 CEOs. You could argue that educators make those Fortune 500 CEOs. We set them on that path, inspire them, ignite their passion and help them realize their potential. But no one has really tapped into our leadership potential until Holdsworth.
Since our founding in 2017, Holdsworth has served more than 1,500 educators in 75 public school districts that serve 1.7 million students.
In 2022-23, we proudly served 550 educators in 45 districts through our world-class programs. By 2028, we expect to serve more than 3,000 educators by scaling current programs and adding new ones.

This year, we took on a new challenge—a groundbreaking regional partnership in the Permian Basin to strengthen the skills of up to 100 leaders and build talent development opportunities in the region’s largest school systems.
The partnership was made possible through a $6.1 million grant from the Permian Strategic Partnership and the Scharbauer Foundation.
There are leadership development programs, and then there’s Holdsworth. They’re in a league of their own.
The first 54 leaders graduated from two of our newest programs – the Holdsworth Leadership Collaborative and the Superintendent Leadership Program.
Every one of those 54 leaders said programming was of the highest possible quality and the benefits gained were worth their investment of time.
Holdsworth has challenged and shifted my thinking. As leaders, we set out to do right by those that we serve, but that's not enough. Holdsworth held up a mirror for us to see our current reality and help us work on where we could be, which is exciting.
We honored teachers
We brought more than 200 teachers from 40 school districts in the Central Texas and San Antonio region to the Campus on Lake Austin for a weekend retreat to help them renew and reconnect, thanks to sponsors Frost Bank, A+ Federal Credit Union, Clean Scapes, Allied Universal, Firstmark Credit Union, Twin Liquors, and the Casillas Orlando Family.
The best learning experience I have had in 26 years of teaching. Walking into campus this week, I felt like I was a new teacher.
We cheered for alumni who took on new leadership roles for the benefit of students
With strong leaders, teachers and students thrive. Since 2017, 219 alumni have stepped into new leadership roles after completing one of our programs, including 17 to superintendent, 60 to principal and 34 to assistant principal.
Coming into a pivotal new leadership role, I cannot imagine surviving and thriving without the skills I learned through Holdsworth. When times got tough, we got tougher because we knew our students were worth it. Holdsworth showed us that we were worth it, too.
